Mr Michael McCann is an environmental entrepreneur who has been involved in new technology and renewable energy for more than two decades. As new business manager for leading Canberra-based energy and greenhouse consulting firm Energy Strategies for more than 12 years (1996 – 2008), Michael was closely involved in Australian energy markets at a time when energy efficiency and renewable energy markets developed rapidly in Australia. His close relationship with Mr Ted Pritchard led to his being a director of the stationary engine project from its instigation. Michael has operated his own consulting company, Thinkwell Australia Pty Ltd, since 2006 and has interests in a number of clean tech companies, new technologies and processes and is an international patent holder in his own right for a novel wireless location system.

Michael's breadth of experience in business and his extensive networks in the energy sector in Australia and internationally will be fully utilized in the commercialization of the Pritchard technology.

Christos Yannopoulos - Commercial Director

Mr Christos Yannopoulos is a private investor with many decades experience in international trading, investing, commercial property, wholesale and retail operations, and manufacturing. Mr Yannopoulos provides commercial advice and support to the Managing Director and assists with contract negotiations, business strategy, team building, trading operations and international currency exposures. His long history of successful commercial operations across several countries means that he can also bring extensive business networks to the operation of the company.

Sylvia Tulloch - Non Executive Director

Ms Sylvia Tulloch is a highly respected scientist in the fields of sustainability and clean technology within the Australian and international community. She was a founding Director of Dyesol Ltd and is the named inventor of several of the company's patents. Sylvia is a materials scientist with over 25 years of experience in the establishment and management of high technology businesses, with a particular interest in the commercialisation process.

Sylvia is currently a member of the Future Manufacturing Industries Innovation Council, which advises Federal Government's Minister for Industry. She is also a former President of the Sustainable Energy Industries Association of Australia, Chair of the Renewable Energy Action Agenda Implementation Group, and a Director of the Australian Business Council for Sustainable Energy.

Dennis R.V. Eala - Non Executive Director

A practicing Philippine corporate and securities lawyer, Mr. Eala is a former General Counsel of the Philippine Stock Exchange and director in companies with interests in retail distribution, real estate and energy.

Dennis Eala has acquired a wide ranging expertise of biomass energy sources and reforestation in the Philippines while investigating the potential for sustainable bio-diesel production, another technology that is eminently suited to a tropical island economy such as the Philippines. Dennis is also a director of Veredium Energy Ventures Inc, a company distributing lubricants and fuel efficiency products in the Philippines for BASF and ENI.
